The 98th Bomb Group Veterans Association (98th BGVA) offers two types of membership: Regular Members and Associate Members.
REGULAR MEMBERS: We welcome and encourage all those who served or are currently serving in the 98th Bomb Group, 98th Bomb Wing, 98th Aero Space Wing, 98th Strategic Wing, 98th Air Refueling Wing, 98th Range Wing (and all subordinate units from 1942 to the present time) to join the 98th BGVA as Regular Members.
ASSOCIATE MEMBERS: All relatives and any seriously interested persons are also welcome to join the 98th BGVA as Associate Members. Associate Members are afforded all the rights and benefits as Regular Members, except to vote on business matters. Keep the spirit of your family member’s service alive for future generations and join/support the 98th BGVA today!
MEMBER BENEFITS: The 98th BGVA publishes a quarterly news letter, holds an annual reunion and membership meeting, and maintains a master roster of more than 2,000 members. The membership roster is included in the initial membership package and is reissued every three years. The association also tries to maintain data on all departed comrades. All spouses of deceased members are designated as “Honorary Members”.
MEMBERSHIP DUES: Membership dues are $15.00 per year, due anytime after January 1st. To join the 98th BGVA as a member, please send $15.00 along with your Name, Address, Telephone Number and Screen Name (if you are on the internet), as well as Squadron, Type of Aircraft (B-24, B-29, B47, KC-97, KC-135, KC-10), Crew Position or Specialty if you were a former active-duty member of any 98th unit to:

Special note from the webmaster: Membership into the 98th BGVA is not just for the old fogies 
I have been an associate member for over 15 years. I have been to a number of reunions and I thoroughly enjoy meeting the members, hearing their stories, and discussing events.
At only $15/year for membership it is money well spent.
